Clean ingredients. Hand-poured in Ohio. Made for real homes and real families.
The Homestead Co. was created with a simple mission: to bring clean, safe, beautifully crafted home products into the spaces where families gather, celebrate, and make memories. As a small family-run business in Russia, Ohio, we care deeply about what goes into the air we breathe and the products we use every day. That’s why every candle, room spray, and hand soap we pour begins with the same belief—home should feel safe, cozy, and free from unnecessary toxins.
We started this business because we saw a gap in the home fragrance market. So many products smelled good, but didn’t align with clean-ingredient living. Harsh chemicals, synthetic fillers, and artificial dyes were often hidden in ingredient lists. For homes with children, pets, allergies, or sensitivities, that mattered. We wanted something better—something we would feel confident using in our own space and gifting to others.
So, we began hand-pouring small batches in Ohio, choosing ingredients we trusted and testing each product in our own home first. We source clean fragrance oils that are free from carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and hazardous chemicals. We blend waxes, oils, and bases that burn cleaner and smell warm—not overpowering. Every scent is intentionally crafted to make a room feel inviting, comforting, and familiar.
Our products are poured and labeled by hand and delivered into homes across Ohio and the Midwest. Whether you shop online, pick up locally in Russia, Ohio, or find us in a nearby boutique, you’re getting the same small-batch quality we started with.
Our goal will always be the same:
✔ Clean ingredients
✔ Safe for families and pets
✔ Sourced responsibly
✔ Made with care, right here in Ohio
From seasonal candles and room sprays to everyday hand soaps and gifting sets, we’re grateful to share products made for real homes and real families. The Homestead Co. grew from a heart for gathering, gifting, and keeping home spaces cozy—and that will always be at the center of what we do.
